Eligibility

HKTA Member & Hong Kong Birth Certificate holder / HKID holder

​

Application Document 

To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must submit:

(1) Application Form (Click to download)

(2) HKTA Badge

(3) HKTA Membership Card

(4) A 140 HKD Registration and Insurance Fee

(5) 4 Passport Photos

(6) HKTA Black Belt Certificate

 

Equipment Requirements

(1) White gloves, protective cup and towels

(2) Red/blue head gear

(3) White / transparent month guard

(4) White foot protector and chest protector

For Black belt participates, please bring:

(5) Electronic chest protector

(6) Deado 2nd generation or above electronic socks.
